Do you have a fixed number of hours for wedding coverage?
Your day(s), your rules — Our wedding coverage starts at six hours, with no maximum limit. You set the pace of your day, and we’ll be there to capture every moment. We’re also available for multi-day celebrations, perfect for weddings that span a weekend or longer.
Which services you will get?
Our collections are carefully crafted to offer a complete and seamless experience: every image is artistically edited in our signature style, locations are thoughtfully researched, and we connect with you through a personal video call before your wedding. How do we pay?
A 50% retainer and a contract secures your date and confirms your booking with us. After that, we’ll guide you through the next transparent steps.
How many photos do you deliver?
We have NO LIMIT! We deliver between 1,000 and 4,000 photos, depending on the duration, dynamic and the moments through your wedding day.
How long are the turnarounds of our photos / video?
First, you will always receive 2-5 days after your wedding day the first sneak peeks (around 150-250 photos) in your personal online gallery with your password.
- The final photos = high season around 2-8 weeks
- teaser = high season around 1-2 weeks
- trailer = high season 4-8 weeks
- highlightfilm = high season 4-12 weeks
How is the online gallery working?
Each couple receives a private, password-protected gallery with a unique login, allowing you to select and mark your favorite images. All photos can be downloaded watermark-free for you and your guests. The gallery stays online for at least two years, giving you and your loved ones unlimited access to relive your memories, with the option to securely save copies to your own devices.
How far in advance should we book you?
Many couples book our services a year or more in advance, but we’re also happy to accommodate spontaneous requests. The earlier you get in touch once your date is confirmed, the better your chances of securing your spot in our calendar. We recommend reaching out as soon as your date is set.
Can we get in touch or meet before?
Absolutely — we’d love to get to know you! If you’re in Mallorca, we’d be thrilled to meet in person for a coffee, or you can book a couple’s engagement session to spend some time with us - so we can groove together. We’re also happy to arrange a WhatsApp or FaceTime video call to connect and talk through your vision.
